Richmond is 30 miles west and its largest town, West Point, to the east. The area boasts a growing economy and unspoiled natural resources. Rolling farmlands and expansive timber tracts are found throughout the county. The navigable Mattaponi and Pamunkey rivers offer a variety of recreational opportunities. www.wikipedia.org/wiki/King_William_County_Virginia

Steeped in history, King William was established from the adjoining King and Queen county in 1702 and named after King William of Orange. The countys courthouse, built in 1725, is the oldest courthouse in continuous use in the United States.

This beautiful acreage provides an opportunity to establish a peaceful country retreat, while maintaining a painless commute to I-95 and the metropolitan areas. This tract is truly unique and wont last. Call to schedule an appointment today!
